A solid guardsman, “Reggie” has been with the Waterdeep patrol for twelve years, and had slowly made his way to the prestigious position as Captain of the Guard.
As of late, the guard have become lax, and unresponsive to large threats, as the constant arrival of heroes and the Lord of Waterdeep themselves, always seem to arrive “just in the nick of time”. He’s become jaded to the threats about him, and keeps his guards focused on the minor threats, such as robberies and minor urban scuffles.
