Farizir is the Prince Regent of Fitzleon, one of the many sons of King Fitzleon the IV. After Dulin talked her way into the nobles' inner city, he arranged for Teena to be cured of Lycanthropy in exchange for finding out more about Morning on Crescent. After the party returned, Farizir revealed that he has a son that's a green dragon. This raised some questions about Farizir.

After finding that the Green Talon had been captured and replaced by Richard Chelton, Farizir killed the failed Talon and took the title for himself. He was then killed by the Scales at the War of the Crescent.
