Jul is a forest gnome with long silver hair, mustache, and beard. He’s Centicles’ hand-picked general, organizing legionaire teams for tough assignments. You may not see the big jolly man himself very often, but when you don’t Jul will be the gnome giving you your assignments.

Jul was one of Centicles’ first volunteer assistants. While Centicles favored reindeer and a sleigh to deliver his presents, Jul has always favored using a goat. The Winter Solstice Goat, as children who have spotted Jul call it, drags a sled of presents (and coal) door to door for the small gnome. Thus, he need only guide the goat and unpack the gifts at each location.
