A tall, terrifying looking woman who wears a gown of blades.

THE Lady of Pain. You know who she is. Well, you think you do. But you really don’t. And if you even came close to fathoming who she might be, you would die, evermore, flayed alive for all time.

The Lady has apparently escaped Sigil. She was uncovered, at random, in a break room in Keebler Tower, where she “helped” the party remove a magically sealed door by casting her shadow across it. She later nearly flayed Princess Butterpeach when the princess bumped into her in a hallway.

It is unknown why she has descended onto the Table, but it cannot bode well.
