Seamstress attacked by two members of the Pale Dogs. Brother Fabitor suspected she had a secret relationship and that she was pregnant which turned out to be true. Upon later investigation the party found out that her lover was none other than Helmut Itelstein, leader of the Republican movement and cleric of the Watcher of Skies, who had hired the Pale Dogs to kill her. They rescued Phon from Helmut’s house while he was out of the city and hid her away at their housekeeper Alice’s house. As her pregnancy came near its end, Phon disappeared and her current whereabouts is unknown.
