APPEARANCE
Tulio is a scrawny human Prime, barely out of his teens (if that). He has a pale complexion, and wears the tattered garments of a refugee. His only possession of value is a masterwork dagger.
BACKGROUND
Tulio has recently arrived in Sigil from Thazia, a Prime world where, as he said, “Things were gettin’ bad.” He tried to steal a planar sextant from the Hands of Time, but Yolette caught him. Haden interceded on Tulio’s behalf, and sent him to Chirper’s with a handful of gold pieces.
A renegade drow named Jhaelefein convinced Tulio to steal a valuable diadem from another dark elf, Alantavra. He did so, but was apparently seized by Alantravra after delivering his prize. If not for Thea, our heroes might never have found him in the Demonweb Pits.
Tulio is currently accompanying our heroes.
PERSONALITY
Tulio’s had a hard life, but has never been near any big city, let alone one as vast and dangerous as Sigil. Living outside of the law has been the only life he’s known, but now he wonders if another career might suit him better. Thea believes that Tulio’s sweet on her, and she seems to feel the same way.
