cullen is the ruler of Sey Fo and is the defacto ruler of the carse region. He has controlled the region for the last ten years and has the loyality of the Nobles of the region. He is the current head of the mages guild in Sey Fo.

Cullen came to Sey Fo from Baradan, but has never gone back. It is said that he has a “past” that haunts him, but he keeps the from Baradan title when announced.

Cullen has brown hair and eyes, is about 5’10” and is a little pudgy. In any sort of debate or discussion with sides, his wit has little equal, so many do not enter into debate with him.

It is said that he has a wife but nobody is certain. Outside of the meetings and public occasions, he is little seen.
