When this cape is waved in the air (a full round action provoking an attack of opportunity) it will attract the attention of one opponent who must make a Will Save (DC 10+CHA).

• If the opponent has an intelligence of 9 or more they will be dazed for one round if they fail the save.
• If the opponent has an intelligence of 8 or less they will charge and/or attack the cape if they fail the save.
• The cape can only be hit with a critical. However one hit destroys it.
• Attacking the cape provokes an attack of opportunity from the bearer.
