Bio
Felelle is the front man for a cult of some sort. The BRT believes the cult venerates the Forgotten Ones, degenerate beastly things that man was not meant to know™. Felelle has hired the BRT to track down the Mad Hatter and acquire his mask for his cult. When the mask was given to him, smashed to pieces, Felelle became incensed and ordered his guards to kill the BRT memebers present and tried to leave with both mask and money.
