Bio
Burgher Holbrook, a successful merchant in the southern coastal city of Soloff, advocates for the Halveetian League to come down hard on villages and towns along the coast who resist League-governance. When Cassick’s sister Finnella painted a colorful mural of Holbrook’s wife performing fellatio on a dockworker, Holbrook had her arrested. Finnella was released for lack of evidence, but Holbrook has not forgotten the insult.
