Captain Ishae Vorlas is one of the members of the Pirate Council out of Freeport. After being told that he was not the next Pirate King, he was assigned to captain the Skullripper (the former Pirate King’s personal vessel) and assist the party in their quest.
Ishae wields a double-bladed sword and can cast a few spells. He captained the vessel that Krog arrived on.
