He has a reputation for being able to talk the ear off anyone, and it is richly deserved. Few realize he does it to discourage people from socializing with him, as he is a very private person (Sense Motive DC 30).

It is such a strong habit that he could hardly stop himself from talking the ear off his daughter-in-law: Ursula Mannpurtz.

Ursula has since discovered that he is at the apex of a network of spies and informants living throughout Archos and working to preserve the peace – by sometimes acting outside the law.
