This diminutive young man has a smile that could charm a succubus. His finely manicured hands and clothes are exceptionally clean. He doesn’t say much, but what he says reveals a dark sense of humor.

Pheane Conste is a 27-year-old halfling rogue. He’s OCD, keeps his hands exceptionally clean and splurges on manicures, questing for the Immaculate Manicure. He compulsively gambles and lies, in the past he has been known to lie to help his gambling compulsion. Instances of his lies are not reduced to posing as an ordained minister of Pelor and performing “quickie” wedding for nothing short of gold for impatient and lust induced youngsters.

His obsession with clean hands also transcends into his exceptional disarming ability, loving the look of his pristine hands manipulating particularly small bobs and bobkins. His favorite word is “exquisite.”

It is worth mentioning that Pheane has never worked in a guild, only working for himself. He was brought up in a well to do Halfling family. His family’s business is jewelry crafting. That is where he fell in love with jewels and pretty shiny things. He however had no patience for the family business feeling it would take far too much time to amass the wealth he wants.

Being instinctively secretive and having a morose sense of humor it was always difficult to build any kind of relationship w/ his family or anyone in his small yet bustling town. This town is filled w/true craftsmen, specialists at the arts they have chosen. Pheane never quite fit in, his hands were and are constantly moving… So with natural progression he moved onto petty thievery and eventually discovered his talent for taking apart tiny devices, and disabling complicated puzzles. Adventuring appealed to Pheane because he really wouldn’t get attached to anyone and he can amass the wealth he craves while feeding his hand fetish.
