Description
Cape & Cloak of the Raven Queen:
+2 Defense VS Attacks with "Cold" Keyword
+1 Armor Class
Extends powers with the "Healing" Keyword by 2 squares
Challenging Shout - Minor Action - Daily Power – You mark an enemy until the end of the encounter as though you were using the Combat Challenge ability of the Fighter Class.
Backstory
It was found in a Castle on the Scarlet Range, West of Barley Keep. The castle was home to the group who had been falsifying worship to the Raven Queen through branding their various members. Oskilar Malvado Found this Cape and Choker underneath a trap door inside a satchel to the Raven Queen. Being a member of that Church it was only right that Osko should wear it.
