This ring will detect any Asgard within a mile of its wearer. Its range may be boosted by connecting it to an outside power source. It also identifies the wearer as friendly to the Asgard.

The Ring of Midgaard was created to aid rescue parties in finding wounded Asgard. The ring will detect the closest Asgard lifesign, and so can only be used by a member of another race. The ring pictures a serpent devouring its own tail, and is a symbol of eternity. It is only given to allies of the Asgard.
