APPEARANCE
Rothwell is an older fellow who’s usually seen in a bloodstained apron. He’s usually in his shop, doing all the work.
BACKGROUND
Rothwell used to be a butcher in Sigil’s Lower Ward, until he was recruited by the Revolutionary League. Now he’s assigned to keep an eye on things in Plague-Mort, with the assistance of his apprentice, Zigor.
PERSONALITY
Rothwell’s not a bad sort – a bit trusting for an Anarchist, but certainly too nice for Plague-Mort. He’s devoted to the League, and would gladly die to preserve its secrets.
