A plain-looking mushroom with a red and white spotted cap, and a white or tan stem. It sports a set of black, round spores on on side that resemble eyes. When eaten, it causes one creature to grow one size category larger, as if effected by enlarge person as cast by a 5th level caster. This effect remains active for 5 minutes, or until the enlarged individual takes lethal damage. Eating a second mushroom while the first is still active has no effect.

These magical mushrooms were once harvested for their magical properties. They tend to grow on large bricks and down inside pipes, but they can also be created by imbue a regular button mushroom with magical energy.
