Bio

Not much is known of Wolfe’s early years and he is reticent to go into details.  All he will speak of is the time he spent as a rogue scholar traveling Astlor and his training in the schools of Alannia.  Records show that he was enrolled in several and left each before completing a coarse of study.  While it is assumed he has some understanding of arcane arts the full extent of his knowledge is not public.

After spending his youth as a vagabond he took in with a knight's court in Northern Kaledon.  Beginning as a scribe he was quickly recognized for his intelligence and put in charge of keep affairs.  There he organized a new tax structure for the knights servants and began communications with Kaleic nobility.  After arranging the marriage of one of the knights five daughters to a functionary of Kaledon's nobility, Wolfe left for a position in Astalorian logistics.

While not a very well known division of the greater Astalorian Field Command, logistics never the less forms the backbone of the army's supply chain.  As a field operative Wolfe became familiar with the necessities of an army in and out of war.  Reporting back to headquarters on the condition of supplies and equipment was boring but not all together unrewarding work.  Being in the field and having a small staff he was able to devote some time to other endeavors and after a year with the Kings Field Guard he left for the palace.

Again Wolfe will not go into details of his position there, save for clarifying that he did not work for the king but an unnamed member of his court.  He was there another three and a half years before hearing word of a possible position in the Duchy of Leonis.  After some minor wrangling a deal was struck with an associate of the new Duke and Wolfe was on his way with a stellar recommendation.
