Wrought out of the fang of a noble Gold Dragon, this bastard sword bears the heraldry of an ancient clan of dragon-riding knights. The blade is nearly four and a half feet long, and shimmers in the sunlight with a rich, golden luster. As a light breeze blows by, close inspection reveals tiny, faint flames, flickering and pooling along the fuller of the blade. The hilt of the sword is composed of a strong metal-alloy; although, to all but the most astute observer, it appears to be gold, touch reveals it to be far, far stronger. The guard, about six inches altogether in width, curves sharply at the edges up towards the tip, forming two teeth-like prongs of about three inches each. While at one point and time, it appears that this sword bore a magnificent jewel in its pommel, at the moment, it is missing, leaving a small cavity at the base of the hilt. When swung quickly, the sword produces a sound akin to a roaring flame.
