Though of masterwork quality, the blade of this bastard sword is not magical, and suffers from normal wear and tear. All of the weapon’s powers emanate from the knuckle bone of Saint Arustus set beneath the leather straps wrapped around the hilt. Any man of good heart who wears or wields the sword feels himself bolstered by Arustus’ strength of character and will.

The bearer of the Holy Sword of Saint Arustus gains the following powers and abilities.

• The sword is Holy, and as such is good-aligned and causes an additional 2d6 Hit Points of damage against all foes of evil alignment.
• A bonus of +2 to Willpower Saves.
• The Sustenance power. The bearer no longer requires food or drink, and needs only 2 hours of sleep per day to gain the effects of 8 hours of sleep.
