Backstory
This beautiful sword holds the proud spirit of a Valenar warhorse. When the ranger Valea Ildalia lost her lifelong steed in battle, she made this weapon and infused her horses spirit into it.
The sword will only voluntarily use its powers to help an elf, though a ranger from another species can empathize and win over the spirit to use the benefits.
