Long time gamer settling into middle-age with a young family. Employed as college faculty. Cut my teeth on 1st edition DND and ADND. Played lots of games over the years. Wrote a qualitative reasearch study masters thesis in psychology on why people game and a qualitative reasearch dissertation on women in gaming and how playing characters interfaces with their sense of self.
