I’ve been playing tabletop for 14 years, now, and I just recently started to cast my eyes at the other side of the DM screen. I’m sure that it seems small potatoes to this group, but I just learned how to run a module. Yay, me!
At present, I play DnD and I’m learning how to GM in order to run a Shadowrun group. The new rules are still pretty crunchy, but not near as bad as they used to be. Since I picked up my first set of dice, I’m played White Wolf, including the LARP, AD&D, D&D, BESM, Star Wars, Shadowrun and quite a few odd little games that friends found in game shop bargain bins. I collect dice, somewhere up around 1000 now. I have the Hackmaster GM guide, but I’ve never been able to convince my group to try it out.
Outside of the game, I’m promotions manager for Phoenix Lore magazine. I have a three year old daughter and a 5 year old marriage. I live in Fort Worth, TX, and even with the power outages, I love living here.
If you want to contact me about the magazine, my work address is email@example.com. I answer everything but spam.
