Bio

My name is Charles F. Fletcher and I’m a husband, father, teacher and artist on the side. I have a wonderful wife named Cheri and a beautiful daughter named MaryJane. I graduated from Iowa State University (in Ames, Iowa) in 2003 with a BFA in Fine Arts and a Minor in General Business. I graduated from Lewis Central High School in Council Bluffs, IA in 1999. I am currently perusing a Masters in Secondary Education at the University of Phoenix (which is an online degree program). I hope to someday teach a college art class.

Anyway, if you haven’t poked around my site enough to know, I have lots of hobbies. Some people call me a dabbler, but I think a better term would be a Curious Explorer of the World. First off I’m an artist. I also would count myself as an avid card player. I’m currently trying to learn how to read and speak Mandarin Chinese. I have been a comic book fan forever, and I have always dreamed about becoming a published comic artist. Now my dream is more in line with being a successful art teacher. There is also plenty of other stuff that I dabble in, but I can’t think of anything right now.
