Gaming at a local game store monthly, again, after a long hiatus, again.

Long-time D&D player, favorite settings back in the day were Dragonlance, Dark Sun and Ravenloft, preferably all mixed together. Getting to know Forgotten Realms a bit now. Really, homebrew has always been king. Especially homebrew with peices borrowed from all those excellent sources out there.

Happy overall with 4th edition. Home-brew solutions cover can still cover anything I don’t like.

Favorite parts of the game: (1) design, everything from new player races to campaign story arcs and (2) making a new character while waiting for my current character to get squished.

Non-RPG stuff: Married (woohoo) with two kids (again, woohoo) and a dog (good pooch), located in a Spokane (why not) suburb (yuck), employed in software.
