I started playing d&d back in 1996 when i firt met some of my good friends back in highschool. The older ones who were in colledge had been playing for a good 10 years at that time.

We played once a week AD&D (2.0) set in undermountain/waterdeep, my first real character was a minotaur gladiator and we had lots of fun. things died off around 1999 for a bit, but then in 2000 one of our friends (Jeff) decided that we would play one day a week, we started off on mondays i belive and played various campains. the games changed around AD&D > 3.0 > 3.5 > World of Darkness > Chill > Star Wars > Risk, but we allways played.

The group was always slightly diffrent but consisted of at least 8 of us (usaly only 5 out per night), the days shifted from monday to sunday and in 2004 i began hosting it at my house. As time went by players came and went, and came back again. We still play d&d every sunday night and have alot of fun doing it. its been 12 years now since i first picked up my dice, and we are all very excited with 4th edition.
