I'm a 44-year old GM who is well-versed in most systems, old and new. Currently, my group alternates between GURPS and Mutants & Masterminds on Mondays, Call of Cthulhu and Shadowrun on Saturdays, and Pathfinder and Mutants & Masterminds on Fridays. I also have a Thursday night group that plays via the Internet.
