In order to prevent hostile users from possibly using the site to attack other users, we have disabled bare HTML as an input format for text fields. Instead, we prefer to use Textile to quickly and easily create nice looking pages.
However, we understand that many of you already know HTML and do not want to learn a new formatting scheme. In order to help you out, we’ve created a list of HTML tags that are accepted. Feel free to use any of the following:
- <br/>
- <strong>
- <em>
- <h1> – <h6>
- <pre>
- <code>
- <hr/>
- <big>
- <small>
- <a>
- <img>
- <blockquote>
- <ul>
- <ol>
- <li>
Note that not all attributes for all of these tags are accepted. Here is the list of accepted attributes:
- href
- src
- width
- height
- alt
- title
- style
Hopefully this will make editing your text a little easier.
