1. Create a new campaign
Creating a new campaign is very easy. Just click on the "Campaigns" link in the blue nav bar going across the top of the screen.
Once you're in the list of campaigns, click on the "New" icon (seen below).
2. Add your campaign's description
There are several fields to fill in when creating your campaign. Only the name/title is required, all others are optional, but worth filling in.
- Name - The title of your campaign.
- Tagline - A short one-liner telling what the campaign is about.
- Description - A longer description giving some more detail.
- Slug - A web-friendly version of the name that goes in the address of the campaign.
3. Invite your players
Once your campaign is created, it's time to invite your players! Click on the "Edit" link in the Party sidebar to send out invitations.
To send invites, type an e-mail address in the box. The prospective player will get an invitation to join the game. If they are not already a member of Obsidian Portal, that's OK. As soon as they sign up (under that e-mail) the invitation will be waiting for them.
