I like to think of myself as a poet, writer, actor, storyteller, artist, photographer, & new world man.

I've been gaming, with a general preference for D&D, since the fall of 1985. The D20 system has failed to draw my attention, and 4.0 looks worse by far, so I still favor 2nd Edition.  I have run games in Greyhawk, the Forgotten Realms, the Plane, Ravenloft and numerous custom"pet"  worlds.

I have now switched to Pathfinder. D&D 4.0 is a complete failure. I do not expect 5.0 to be any better, and wouldn't care if it were.
