The name’s Shane.

I’ve been playing table top rpgs for eight years, having cut my teeth on 2nd edition D&D in high school. I began running games sporadically shortly thereafter, before taking a couple year hiatus from gaming.

The last two years, I have been gaming with some awesome guys. My thesis of avoiding the immature and ridiculous game style from my high school years has come to fruition, thus far, leading to increased enjoyment across the many games we’ve played. Some of our favorites have been 3rd Ed D&D, Call of Cthulhu, World of Darkness (someday, a full campaign, I promise), with a lot of Heroscape, Magic, and Munchkin mixed into our gaming diet.

We’ve just begun a long-term campaign, set in post-war Greyhawk, and so far it seems to have the makings of a many year epic. Here’s to hoping it continues on!
