Daermic

I have been playing Dungeons and Dragons since 1983 when I was introduced to the game system in Junior college. Having been a big fan of the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings in high school I was enthralled with the RPG system.

I started DMing in 1989 when I met a group of players that had no DM. I have been a DM for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd edition but then took a reprieve from gaming for several years after my kids became adults and moved on with their lives. I also deployed and returned from Iraq during that time period. I retired from the US Army 2006 and from the private sector for good in the fall of 2016. I found a lot of time on my hands again. In 2017, I came back to game and started as a player with 5th edition. A few months later I started DMing again. I now play in three RPG and run a three D&D campaigns.
