I run a 4e campaign for a group of long time friends in Melbourne, Australia.

We’ve been playing for almost 20 years since CVDV was running a massive AD&D 2e campaign. Since then we’ve been through 3e, 3.5e and now 4e. Most of the players in our group have had a turn at DM’ing. For some reason, I’ve been doing it ever since 3.5e came out (2003 – wow, it can’t be THAT long ago, can it?!!)

The recent announcement about the upcoming 5e or #dndnext is particularly exciting! Here’s hoping the best bits are given the focus they need, the worst bits are minimised and some new cool ideas are brought in!
