Sans never knew his real parents. He was a street kid who grew up learning to hack vending terminals to stay alive. He’s a natural at bending computer systems to his whim, intuitively grokking the digital realm with a curiosity to explore. His talents were soon noticed by the local masters of organized crime, and he found himself working for one of the local crime families attached to the Syndicate, gaining access to gear capable of hacking systems all across the Galactic computer grid for fun and profit. His digital infiltration and defense skills gained him a reputation among the underworld in the Outer Rim. So much so that when he was inevitably caught by an Imperial garrison (he swears getting caught was his partner’s fault), he found himself charged with a laundry list of offenses and sentenced to ten years hard labor. He was summarily shipped off to some Maker-forsaken rock of a planet. Not that he actually ARRIVED at said detention facility. The shuttle transporting him simply… vanished. Without a trace. The Family helps their own. Now he has a totally new set of slicer gear courtesy of Family connections, effectively giving him a new digital identity. But he is on the run and needs to stay on the downlow and try real hard to avoid any ‘Imperial entanglements’ until he can figure out a way to erase his criminal record. He has a few ideas in that direction already and just needs to find a ride out of here… destination not precisely known, and maybe make some credits along the way.
