I have been playing table top games for 13 years now, started when I was 15 (1999) and just fell in love with it. Have not played alot of games just Rifts and now Palladium fantasy, have tried some d&d but only with short 3-5 hour games that was at a game shop close to home.Very big into video games as well, pretty much to me nothing beats a good story.
